The Reishi Capsules from LR contain high quality Ganoderma Mushroom powder and Reishi mushrooms extract. The capsules support well-being with vitamin C and are also lactose-free and vegan.

In the Reishi Capsules we used just Ganoderma red. Its therapeutic effects have been confirmed by scientific studies in the US and Japan, and have therefore been widely used as a complementary treatment in the Western world. Now in Japan, Reishi red is grown under strict conditions in order to maintain a high content of active substances and thus product efficiency.

Reishi contains, in addition to highly immunologically active polysaccharides (betaglucans), other immune and metabolically active substances and trace elements. These include 17 amino acids, all of which are essential, have a high content of iron, selenium and vitamin B; support the cardiovascular system and contribute to influencing blood pressure and fat metabolism.

The Chinese name of the Reishi is Ling Zhi and means “spirit plant”. Other common Chinese names are “mushroom of long life” or “ten thousand year mushroom”.

How does the Reishi mushroom grow?
The reishi is a saprophyte, i.e. a fungus living on dead wood, which grows on tree stumps, roots or the base of oaks and beeches and feeds on them. Since you had to rely exclusively on wild mushrooms for a long time, finding a Ling Zhi was a stroke of luck and a good omen.

In the 1970s they started cultivate the Reishi in large rearing farms worldwide. The Ganoderma mushroom used in the Reishi Capsules does not come from wild collections.
