How to use Bath Tea

Put 4 tablespoons of Cistus Incanus in a teapot and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. Pass through a sieve after 8-10 minutes. Fill the bathtub with water and add the tea.

Other areas of application in addition to the full bath:

Feet or hand: Add 1 tablespoon of bath tea to one liter of warm water. After a few minutes hands or feet can be bathed in the broth for about 5-10 minutes. Leave your feet or hands to air dry after the bath so that everything can take effect.

Face: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the bath tea into a large cup filled with water or another suitable container. After a few minutes, the cotton pad soaked with the liquid can be dabbed onto the appropriate areas of the face. Let it air dry so that everything can take effect.

The Cistus Incanus plant belongs to the rockrose genus in the rockrose family and is mainly native to the warm Mediterranean region (e.g. in Greece and Turkey). In good climatic conditions, the plant grows up to one meter tall and has pretty pink to violet flowers that reach a diameter of 4 to 6 centimeters in the flowering period from April to June.
